1. Free Returns? You Bet.
Got second thoughts? Happens to the best of us. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for all U.S. orders. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll handle the rest.
2. Easy Exchanges
Want to swap your cologne for a different scent? Maybe something bolder? Or smoother? Whatever you’re after, we’ll make it happen. Just reach out, and we’ll guide you through it.
3. How It Works
Returning or exchanging is as easy as:
- Contact Us: Drop us a message at help@cologne.com or call us at 1-888-901-9503. Tell us what’s up—return or exchange?
- We Send You a Label: Print it out, slap it on the box, and you’re good to go.
- Drop It Off: Head to your local shipping spot, and we’ll handle the rest.
4. The Fine Print (It’s Chill, We Promise)
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Free returns and exchanges apply to U.S. orders only. (International returns? Hit us up for details.)
- Refunds? Once we get your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.
